The Role & Responsibilities

A Business Development Manager is responsible for initiating, developing, and managing relationships with business introducers within an agreed market segment or defined geographical area. The success of the relationship will be measured by the volume, profitability and quality of business originated from that relationship over a period.

JBR Capital offers bespoke specialist finance for modern day cars, supercars, classic cars and historic cars to private individuals and businesses. Growing rapidly from start up in January 2015 the company has lent over £1.4bn to date.  Due to continuing growth and ambitions to significantly scale the origination capacity of the business beyond £400m pa we are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team and help drive further growth.

That’s why we approach every deal with precision, care, and a shared appreciation for the passion that drives our clients.

Since our acquisition by Shawbrook Bank, we’ve entered an exciting new chapter of growth, with enhanced funding power and the scale to transform the way luxury car finance is delivered in the UK. We’re proud to work in partnership with an extraordinary network of introducers, dealerships, and private clients, all while delivering a best-in-class service experience with speed, integrity, and enthusiasm. At our core, we’re a team of car lovers, finance professionals, and client champions.
