The Role & Responsibilities
The Payouts Assistant is a key member of the Payouts Team, dedicated to luxury vehicle
finance. This role supports the full payout process within a high-performing, fast-paced
environment where exceptional service is the standard. Working closely with the Client Services
team, the Payouts Assistant efficiently manages incoming payout requests and performs
essential checks to ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant lending journey.
Our customers and introducers, many of whom operate at the top end of the market, expect
speed, accuracy, and professionalism at every step.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of loan documentation, preparing final payout
packs, and maintaining close alignment with internal teams to deliver a seamless and premium
customer experience.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Perform systematic checks on all incoming loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure that all credit conditions set by underwriters are fully met prior to loan completion.
- Validate bank details and confirm finance clearance on vehicles
- Prepare and issue final payout packs for the Finance team in a timely and precise manner.
- Monitor the progress of payout requests and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Support the wider Client Services team with administrative tasks as required.
- Run quality assurance checks across key stages of the Client Services process and generate performance reports to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
The Person
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive setting.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to change.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to meet high service standards.
- Previous experience in the auto finance sector or a similar financial services environment.
- Background in sales administration, client services, sales support, account management, or operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with financial documentation and credit/lending processes.
- A genuine interest or passion for the motor car industry
